For the first time ever I've decided to get involved in Movember, and I already know it's gonna come back to bite me in the backside in a few years time! the pictures won't go away that's for sure.
It's for such good causes and during the current climate, it's even more relevant to help people in any way that we can, the least I can do is grow some facial hair and look a bit different for a couple of weeks. It's a shame the hair on my head doesn't grow as quickly.
I'm also going to take part in the 60Km challenge, just in time for Christmas when I will no doubt consume far too much food!
